Berrite Hayes – West Drayton
Egan Projects has secured a contract to construct three new modern warehousing units at West Drayton London. The project is particularly interesting as the site lies between a live railway track and the Grand Union Canal. Both bring complicated methods of construction, which is not lost on the Egan Projects team. We at Egan Projects have no doubt it will be a challenge, but according to Ricky Raggett, the site manager:
“The team are looking forward to meeting the challenges head on.”
The contract value is approx. £3.8 million.
Our new warehousing project has come with many Challenges the location is next to Network Rails main west coastline track and has involved many hours dealing with Network Rail and BAPA agreements. The other side we have The Grand Union canal which has tested our environmental and water management skills. Happy to say Egan Projects have navigated nicely through these tricky requirements – Steel frames complete and the New build is moving ahead at pace …..
