Starbucks Alsager
Egan Projects have just completed this shiny brand-new Starbucks at Alsager in conjunction with the new Sainsbury shopping centre. Led by Rob Radcliffe and Ashley Harris this was finished within the program, thanks to all the efforts of the Egans Team.
Co-op Preston
This Co-op store opened up in November 2021 to serve the Merry Trees Lane area of Cottam, Preston, creating 15 jobs in the process and powered by 100% renewable electricity. We provided the full shell and core design, including all doorways and windows.
Tesco
This Tesco store was built to serve the area of Hanley in Stoke. This included the full design - including car park and landscaping - and building the shell and core of the building from the ground upwards.
Eddie Stobart
We provided a full two-floor office fit out, with space for 168 permanent employees. This included glass walls and solid partitioning, the construction of the lobby, toilets areas and kitchens, painting and decorating and all mechanical and electrical installations - the full works.
Vaclensa
We constructed an entire warehouse portal frame, and created a new office, with a showroom workshop and training areas. This was inclusive of all electric cabling, warehouse heating, ceilings, doorways and woodworks, toilets and kitchens, painting and decorating and air conditioning units installed.
Swan Hotel
This project involved a major refurbishment of a four star hotel in the Lake District. The challenge Egan’s undertook was to complete works on two restaurants (170 covers), two bars and three function / conference rooms within sixteen weeks as the hotel had to cease trading - so the goal was to get the hotel re-opened as soon as possible.
Co-op Chester
Red Partnerships in association with the Co-op required a high end building with living accommodation. Egan’s undertook the shell & Core work of this project ready to hand over for shop fit. Egan’s fitted out and created 3 highly sought after apartments above the store.
