Co-op Chester

Red Partnerships in association with the Co-op required a high end building with living accommodation. Egan’s undertook the shell & Core work of this project ready to hand over for shop fit. Egan’s fitted out and created 3 highly sought after apartments above the store.

Interesting points of contract. The building was started in the worst weather conditions for years and this was closely followed by the Covid 19 outbreak. Work continued throughout, overcoming all the problems of getting materials and plant.

The building in open and business is brisk all apartments were sold within a week on being on the market. Mr Simon Gallanders of Red Partnerships and Mr Phil Kendrick of the Co-op were over the moon with the efforts put in through the contract and the finishes completed July 2020
