Starbucks Alsager
Egan Projects have just completed this shiny brand-new Starbucks at Alsager in conjunction with the new Sainsbury shopping centre. Led by Rob Radcliffe and Ashley Harris this was finished within the program, thanks to all the efforts of the Egans Team.
We are proud to have delivered the shell construction and external works for the new Starbucks Drive-Thru in Alsager, Cheshire.
Our scope of works included:
• Groundworks and foundations to prepare the site for development.
• Structural shell construction, built to Starbucks’ high specifications and standards.
• Accoya timber cladding installation, providing a durable and sustainable finish in line with the brand’s design standards.
• External works including car parking, landscaping, and pedestrian access.
• Specialist drive-thru infrastructure, incorporating traffic flow management, vehicle access lanes, and service points.
• Coordination with the client’s fit-out contractor to ensure smooth handover for internal works.
The project was completed on time and within budget, demonstrating our expertise in delivering high-quality retail and hospitality spaces with additional operational features such as drive-thru facilities.
