Swan Hotel

This project involved a major refurbishment of a four star hotel in the Lake District. The challenge Egan’s undertook was to complete works on two restaurants (170 covers), two bars and three function / conference rooms within sixteen weeks as the hotel had to cease trading – so the goal was to get the hotel re-opened as soon as possible. This was achieved by detailed project management to successfully phase the works, including coordinating all subcontractors and client direct suppliers. The finished product is a modern contemporary look using specialist glass, bespoke joinery and innovative lighting.
